On a recent tramp on the Waihaha river track.
Gidday, and welcome to a slice of Mr Watties World.
This is a web site that will seek to entertain, inform and hopefully inspire some people to try new things and explore what life has to offer. Feel free to scroll across the different headings above, over time I will be adding new areas as I literally think of them. I especially invite educators to check out the teacher links as I am amassing usable and active teacher links that don't hassle you.
I am a teacher in New Zealand, currently teaching the the lovely area known as the Waikato. I have many interests associated with teaching so there will be a large number of links that I frequently use.
Check out the new page BUILDING A HOBBIT TOWN!
Aside from teaching, my wife and I have a company known as Travelling Threads. Travelling Threads is a spinning wheel, knitting and wool supply company with dye and knitting accessories. We also tie dye cotton t-shirts and socks in a range of sizes.
The illustrations and paintings are my own work, as are the photographs and remain my property.
Feel free to use my poetry however please refer users to my web site as point of origin. If you wish to comment, please do so on the contact me page. As mentioned on many pages, just click the blue words to follow a link.
